Who we are

The Jay & Jack Show is operated by The Handy Man To Know (ABN 70 545 298 533), Australia. Contact us at hello@jayandjackshow.live or 02 7241 4800.

Our promise about children

We do not collect personal information from children. Children do not create accounts, do not log in, do not enter their name, and cannot post, comment or message anyone on this site. There is nowhere on this site for a child to type anything that we keep.

What we collect, and from whom

We collect information only from the adult who signs up:

We never see or store your card number. PayPal handles the payment and holds those details.

What we do not do

Where your information is kept

On our own servers in a secure data centre. We keep your email while your membership is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our tax and accounting records, then we delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@jayandjackshow.live and we will action it. You can cancel your membership yourself at any time in your PayPal account.

Complaints

If you think we have mishandled your information, email us and we will respond. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Child safety policy

Last updated 28 July 2026

Our commitment

This is a show for children, and we design it so a child cannot come to harm using it. We take that as our first duty, ahead of any commercial consideration.

How the site is built to be safe

What the content is

Short cartoon episodes about staying safe online. Murphy the dog makes mistakes so children learn without being frightened. There is no violence, no peril, no scary content, and nothing that would distress a young child.

How content is checked

Every episode is reviewed before publication against these rules: age-appropriate language, no fear-based messaging, correct safety advice, and no content that could identify or target a real child.

Reporting a concern

If you are worried about anything on this site, tell us immediately:

Email hello@jayandjackshow.live  ·  Phone 02 7241 4800

We will respond promptly. Serious concerns about a child's safety should also be reported to the police, and material can be reported to the eSafety Commissioner at esafety.gov.au.

Our nominated contact for child-safety matters is Colin Medley, Director, The Handy Man To Know.

Fan club membership terms

Last updated 28 July 2026

What you get

Membership of the Jay & Jack Fan Club gives you access to our full-length episodes, three new shows each week, games and activities, and printable sheets.

The free episode

The online-safety episode is free for everyone, forever, whether you are a member or not. You do not need to pay to watch it.

Price and billing

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, yourself, in your own PayPal account — you do not need to phone us or ask permission. Your membership continues until the end of the month you have paid for, and then stops. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

Refunds

If you cancel part way through a month, we do not refund the unused part of that month; your access continues until the period you paid for ends.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your right to a remedy if the service is not delivered as described.

If we do not deliver

If we fail to publish the shows we have promised, contact us and we will make it right — that may mean extending your membership or refunding you.

Who you are contracting with

The Handy Man To Know, ABN 70 545 298 533. Contact hello@jayandjackshow.live or 02 7241 4800.

Accounts and children

The membership belongs to the adult who paid. Children do not have accounts. Please do not share your login.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will email members and publish the new version here.
